Vintage LOCHARRON Scotland Tartan BIAS Plaid Necktie MacKenzie 100% Wool NeckTie

Description

This is a vintage necktie purchased in Scotland in 1984.  It is made by the famous and prestigious LOCHARRON of Scotland which had been making the world”s best tartans since 1892.  This tie is in the “modern” MacKenzie pattern.
The MacKenzie tartan colours are dark green, navy blue, black, red and white.
MATERIAL:  100%  NEW WOOL - MADE IN SCOTLAND
Measurements: 57” in length and 3” in width.
Even though this tie dates from 1984, it is brand new and unused.  It has been in storage since then, and is in new condition except for a very, very small pinhole about 26” from the wide tip. (See last two pictures for enlarged exaggerated views.  The second last picture is in a relaxed state, and the hike is almost invisible.  The last picture is stretched to open it a bit.  You probably will not find the defect without some searching.)  When in use, this would be hidden in the knot and unseen.  Otherwise, it has no other rips, tears, stains, snags, holes, repairs, blemishes, or odors, and has always been in a chemical, fragrance, smoke, and pet-free environment.
