VINTAGE JEANETTE JADEITE RECTANGULAR REFRIGERATOR DISH W/LID.
Vintage almost antique Jeanette jadeite refrigerator dish with lid. These are getting harder to find. Produced starting in 1932 and ending at start of WWII when uranium was needed for the war effort. Measures approximately 8 1/2” long by 4 1/4” wide sits 2 3/4” tall with lid on. Glows beautifully under black light. There's some roughness and flea bites along one edge on the top of the lid but they're barely visible. I only discovered them by touch. The dish has some flea bites and small chips along a couple edges but won't be seen when displayed with lid on. There is a small white spot on a corner that looks like it maybe brushed against a wall, and there looks to be a slight hairline surface fracture on another corner but it does not have any depth and I'm told could be a straw mark (these are not cracks) which are commonly seen as result of the glass-making process. I tried my best to photograph everything, color difference from pic to pic result of editing to enhance small flea bites. Any questions please contact me.
