Shipping Policy
We ship only on weekdays Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are closed on the weekends and do not ship on Sunday and Saturday.
Any item sold from Dstar Toys on Ebay over will ship bubble wrapped and in a sturdy box .
Any item sold from Dstar Toys on Ebay under dollars will ship in a bubble mailer to save you money on shipping.
Box can be available upon request, at no extra charge, so please message us before you order.
We ship from Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm. Order placed within those times, will most likely be packed and shipped.
We are closed on the weekends and items purchased during the weekend will ship early Monday.
We are not responsible for any damages due to shipping.
Return Policy
Dstar Toys is not responsible for manufacturer, distributor, and shipping defects such as box damage and paint defects, therefore no returns will be accepted due to said defects. Customers are encouraged to request pictures of their product by messaging Dstar Toys before their purchase.
All returns must go through ebay.
A 10% restocking fee will be added to ALL returns.
Item must be in new and unopened condition for a refund.
All defective and returned items must have pictures provided by the buyer before approval of a return. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item (at the buyer's expense for shipping and 10% restocking fee), unless we are out of stock of the item, a refund will be issued minus 10% for the restocking fee.
