Super Rare"Dummy"Engine:Ranger Fast Freight Train Antique Vintage Railroad TOY 1

I have never seen this but once in my 49 years of collecting... a "Dummy" engine for the Ranger Fast Freight Mechanical Train Set.  Look at the photos as there is no drive mechanism... and no cutout for the key insert!  I do not know if it was a mistake or they actually sold these this way.  I am including the tender for this display piece.  In fact that is how I used it on my N scale/gauge railroad yard layout.  All wheels are intact with all connectors in place and strong....and no rust!
