This shot glass is standard size. It is made of glass. It the name Bulleit Bourbon on it.
The Glass itself is clear but, when taking photos of clear glass under bright light it may appear as though there are tiny marks in the glass. That is just light refraction and should be ignored as it is not actually there. The same way things that aren't actually there may appear with repeated use of the glass.
