    Description

This auction is for a neat and rare signed document from the Pennsylvania Railroad. It is dated 1872; and signed by Edmund Smith (vice president of the company); and Joseph Lesley (Secretary). It involves a declaration of no set off for land mentioned; and a 25,000 dollar bond. It is between the PRR and Henry C. Carroll. It mentions names like: Charlemagne Tower and John B. Keys; I believe. I think the neatest part of this almost 150 year old document; is the neat red embossed seal of the Pennsylvania Railroad with a neat original locomotive illustration.
    This has
surface wear and blemishes; minor soiling/staining; creases; other blemishes and wear; etc.
