    Description

    QSL cards began showing up in the 1920's, though there are references to one sent in 1916 from Buffalo to Philadelphia.  These cards were very popular during the 1940's and '50s as amateur radio operators became more prevalent.  Some are very plain, some are handwritten, and some feature elaborate artwork.
    All postcards are sent in plastic sleeves with backing in the envelope to help prevent damage through the mail.  Shipping is same day if payment is received by noon EDT and next day for payment after noon.
