    “MISSES’ PETTICOAT, PANTS AND BUSTLE:  Loose-fitting petticoat or pants, ankle length has waistband.  A:  side opening and tucks.  A, B:  purchased trim.  B, C:  back opening.  Petticoat is worn with purchased hoop skirt.  Bustle has ribbon waistband and tie ends and flounce tiers.”
