Card reads:
Sam the Cabin Boy, a nautical Jumping Jack is
hand-crafted in the style of the 1800's when boys
often longed to go to sea and would stow away on
any ship that came into port. When found, they
were put to work as cabin boys
learning the ropes
and beginning their lives at sea.
Sam The Cabin Boy is entirely hand-crafted with
each of his components being cut, sanded, stained
and painted by hand to preserve the quality and the
character of the original 19th century Jumping Jacks.
Sam is designed to be used as a decorative accent
or as an adult toy for one who loves the sea.
He is not recommended for small children
Vintage hand-crafted wooden
pull toy from ~1980's that has
been on display only, may show
minor wear. Since hand-crafted,
none were exactly alike, now
a discontinued/unique item
