  • Condition: While working with the poster to take photos, I made a 6 1/2" rip in the poster at the very top in the middle of the poster. It doesn't come near the top of Jim's head and it is lined up and taped up from the back side with acid-free tape so the tear is not even noticeable from the front but it is there. For that reason, I discounted the poster accordingly.

    This is a rather rare  29 3/4" x 49 1/2" vintage Jim Morrison of The Doors poster (a pyschedelic 1960's pin up) by the artist, Dara.  While somewhat discolored by age on the backside of the poster, it is fine on the front. While working with the poster to take photos, I made a 6 1/2" rip in the poster at the very top in the middle of the poster. It doesn't come near the top of Jim's head and it is lined up and taped up from the back side with acid-free tape so the tear is not even noticeable from the front but it is there.  For that reason, I discounted the poster accordingly.  Other than the tear, the poster is in really good shape.
