Service - I ordered this product a little over a week ago and it arrived, but was missing one brush and naturally it was the one I thought I would use the most. There was an email address on a card inside the package to use if there were any problems. I thought "what the heck, I'll try it" and emailed telling them what the problem was.
Brushes - This set has 5 types of brushes and my wife and I have been pleasantly surprised at how good they are. They come in a variety of shapes and materials and actually clean very well.
We are very happy with the brushes and the service from the company.

I absolutely love these brushes, especially the one with the long metal handle. Finally, a bottle brush that is sturdy enough that I don't feel like I am going to break it by having to use a little bit of force in scrubbing. I make a lot of crystal light drink mixes in sturdy plastic bottles, and they leave a white residue in the bottom that can be a bit hard to get off. This brush makes it easy, and I couldn't be happier! The rest of them are pretty standard and nothing special, but this one brush really makes the difference. I am very happy with my purchase!
