I have kept this in storage since 1978 when I received it from Amtrak....yes 43 years kept in a smoke & pet free environment..no pen or pencil markings..no musty odor....a great collectible indeed..It measures 8.5 by 11 inches and contains 100 pages..with great photos and descriptions of the various tours..some at such inexpensive prices for this day and age..some hotels listed that are no longer around....There is some discolorization on the cover and back as is expected....slight creases....no rips.....Please if you have any questions, just ask.....I will ship this huge thick book media mail to save you on postage..It will ship with sturdy cardboard backing in a secure bubble mailer.....
