Timeless Stitches SHOULDER CAPE pattern TS0-405.  This is a new, unused pattern in the original factory fold.
From the pattern: "This pattern is for a wonderfully versatile shoulder cape.  At 14" in length, it is perfect to cover the shoulders, but keep the hands free.  This cape can be made out of a warm fabric such as a wool or wool bland and used as an additional layer to keep the evening chill off.  When made of fancy fabrics such as velvet, taffeta or satin it makes the perfect accessory to complete a ball gown.  The lightweight fabric will provide covering for a low neckline but not crush any trim or embellishments that may be on the ball gown bodice.   When made with the same or a companion fabric to a skirt, this simple cape can be used to complete a nice basic-wear outfit. It makes a great wardrobe extender/  This also makes a great child's cape.
Suggested fabric and trims: The shoulder cape can be made of anything from fancy velvet, satin or brocades to a simple calico cotton.  If you want the cape to be very warm you can use a flannel or even a pre-quilted fabric for a lining.  Your fabric can be plain, striped, plaid or patterned.  Just remember to allow a little extra to match stripes or plaids.  Stretchy fabrics do not work well.  A satin, cotton or soft cotton flannel will work well for a lining.
The pattern calls for 2/3 yard of 60" wide fabric or 1 yard of 45" wide fabric, a similar amount of lining.  Optional ruffle-2/3 yard 45" wiode fabric. The lower edge is 120-" in circumference, so if you want a braid, ribbon or trim around this edge you will need that amount.
