This is the 1950 Railroad Engineers envelope with cachet and cancelled stamp block for the First Day of Issue honoring the Railroad Engineers U.S. Postage stamp. The cachet is an image of Casey Jones alongside Engine 382. The caption reads "Honoring the Railroad Engineers of America - For their loyalty and service to the nation".
