This is an extra we picked up and didn’t use awhile back  .  There is one hole near the latch that we repaired with real fiberglass properly and will be covered when painted the proper color. all tabs still in place .  Be a nice piece for any folding seat . Has C9ZE -63  engineering number on back side .
