The famous ultra reliable and powerful 8.1 Vortec with the Allison 1000 5-speed transmission. Original miles. Real good shape for the mileage. Southwest truck. No rust at all. Loaded with custom alpine sound system, 10” dual subs, dual amps, infinity door speakers , 5 TVs, AMP power steps, 4” lift, custom 17” wheels, 295/70r17 Cooper all terrain tires, lineX spraying bed liner, Gibson headers to flopro muffler and dual exit with mulisha tips. Has air horn and compressor, HID fog lights, custom leather seats with suede headliner, cold A/C, clean truck that has never had a 5th wheel in it. A real tow rig. No engine codes or lights of any kind. No issue passing smog. The only thing I haven’t don’t to this truck was have it dyno’d and customs tuned.
Recently replace all sparks plugs (ac delco platinum) and MSD 8mm plug wires, new MOOG adjustable heavy duty ball joints, new pro comp shocks in rear, have the fronts but haven’t had them installed yet. Hard to find truck that is ultra reliable. No 0-400 injectors to replace (like my lb7 duramax @ 60k miles). Happy bidding
