These measure about  2 by 4 1/4 inches. They are 1/4 inch in thickness. While these are new, one of the pads when manufactured (cut out) is a little wavy on the back edge. (See photos). This does not affect it's function in any way.
I do not know what these fit, but if you wish to enlighten me, please do so.
The part number on the package looks like 5004-0003, but it could be 5004-0002, 5004-0005, 5004-0006, 5004-0008, or ??
