NOTE THAT ALL RAILROADS IN THE STATE ARE LISTED ON THE MAP. A 4 X 6" DIGITAL PRINT OF CHICAGO BURLINGTON & QUINCY RR COMPANY LOCOMOTIVE #6160 COMES WITH THE AUCTION.
THIS BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE MAP IS OF SIGNIFICANT HISTORIC VALUE.
NOTE THE EARLY RAILROAD SYSTEMS OF THIS REGION. THEY INCLUDE THE CHICAGO GREAT WESTERN, CHICAGO & ROCK ISLAND & PACIFIC, ATCHISON TOPEKA & SANTA FE, MISSOURI PACIFIC, WABASH, MISSOURI PACIFIC and OTHER LINES.

This map will frame very nicely. There is an INDEX OF COUNTIES AND TOWNS and a 1/4" margin around the map. The paper has browned slightly but is in excellent condition for its age. You may note the condition of the map in the large DETAILED scan that accompanies this auction. The old map comes from an old ATLAS.
